Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2014 Michelle ‘Michy’ Martinez already had several layers of life experience. She had served her country for four years in the U.S. Army where she attained the rank of E-4. After the military Michy received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Marketing and Business Administration from Daytona Beach College which helped prepare her for the position of Executive Director for Mary Kay.
