About Walter Icaza After receiving his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2013 Walter Icaza became a district manager for JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank. But in 2017 he transitioned to American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL). “The ability to grow a team as big as you can imagine and to know that your income level is directly determined by how hard you work was too much for me to pass up” recalls Walter. “I wanted to become a business owner because my ultimate goal is to help people achieve their full potential. Many leaders work on people’s weaknesses but what makes me a unique business leader is my ability to help people identify their strengths and maximize them” he states.
